Description of problem:
Update the default value for AMAZON_GAHP

Before:
AMAZON_GAHP=$(SBIN)/amazon_gahp

After:
AMAZON_GAHP=$(SBIN)/ec2_gahp

Verified on RHEL5.6/6.1, i386/x86_64.
