Description Dax Kelson 2011-03-14 21:15:45 UTC
Description of problem:

NFSv4 needs an equivalent for "showmount -e" for when RPC is turned off. Something that just uses the NFSv4 protocol to get the info.

Dax, can you open a feature request via your RHEL subscription if you have one? If not, your best path is to post this suggested enhancement to the linux-nfs list where we can debate it?

Thanks!

I doubt this going to happen anytime soon because there is
no interest in upstream to do this. So instead of passing
this bug alone through releases, I'm going to close it now.
