Description of problem:
The size of system tray icons is random, but mostly 1 if set_from_pixbuf is used to set the icon.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gnome-shell-2.91.91-1.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start attached reproducer
  
Actual results:
Icon size most of time 1. But sometimes it is 24 and sometimes 16.

Expected results:
Visible tray applets.

The tray applet is working fine in other desktop environments and also Gnome 2.

Should be fixed in 2.91.92 which has been built for F15
