Description of problem:
The file is picked up by loop before it is completely set-up leading to EWD.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.6.6

How reproducible:
low

Steps to Reproduce:
1. schedule 100 jobs and wait. (No, better don't!)
  
Actual results:
External watchdog.

Expected results:
Jobs should complete.

Additional info:
I have found following in the console.log of R:126655:
