Rebuilding packages and running testsuites as root is generally not recommended - and AFAIK even not supported - failures like test 91 may occur in such cases... This failure of test 44 is more strange, could you please attach the log of the failure - tests/testsuite.log - and provide more information if there is something special on your system(e.g. non default filesystem, selinux off)? TIA.

This happens during the TPS srpm rebuild test and should be fixed. The test dies on make check and does not continue so that no binaries are built as a result.
TPS should not run tests and build packages as root, that's it...
Please, disable or remove test 91. That should be sufficient for our purposes.
