Description of problem: Right now broker info is read from either /etc/sysconfig (Linux) or registry (Windows). If there is a DNS SRV record present, we should use it (if the config file does not contain the broker host/port information). This functionality can be put in libmcommon so that it can be reused among all matahari agents. We need to decide what the DNS SRV record should look like here. It should be specific to matahari even though it's just a generic qpid broker. So something like _matahari-broker
