Build: openconnect-3.01-1.fc16.src.rpm

openconnect-devel
    contains only static libraries,
    but no virtual -static package is provided

Should be fixed in 3.01-2; thanks.

I'll move to a shared library soon, but since we've only just split this code out into a library I expect there'll be a few changes to it, so I'd rather not be trying to follow sane soname rules *just* yet.
