Description of problem:
The message "Date entered is invalid. Date should be in YYYY-MM-DD format (example: 2011-03-16 )" isn't translated.

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1.Installed all relevant language packages
2.Installed subscription manager.
3.Make sure registers system.
4.Run the command:
# subscription-manager list --available --ondate=20110314  

Actual results:

The message "Date entered is invalid. Date should be in YYYY-MM-DD format (example: 2011-03-16 )" isn't translated.

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.
