Thanks very much for reporting this issue guys. Would it be possible to provide some detailed information about the environment you are using? What I am interested in is, if you are using GNOME or anything else as desktop environment and if there is some gconf stuff running in background (can be found out via `ps -ef | grep gconf`).
$ ps -ef | grep gconf vondruch 1738 1 0 Mar30 ? 00:00:01 /usr/libexec/gconfd-2 vondruch 1788 1784 0 Mar30 ? 00:00:00 /usr/libexec/pulse/gconf-helper vondruch 2000 1979 0 Mar30 ? 00:00:00 /usr/libexec/ibus-gconf root 2112 1 0 Mar30 ? 00:00:00 /usr/libexec/gconfd-2 vondruch 13629 4770 0 11:07 pts/1 00:00:00 grep --color=auto gconf $ rpm -q gnome-shell gnome-shell-2.91.92-3.fc15.x86_64 But I have now probably newer configuration then I had in time of original report.
Hm, trying to use Meld now and it appears that the error might gone.
Well, hope you're ok with closing this bug then. There also is the new version 1.5.1 of meld available in Fedora 15, so in case you should face this issue again, maybe try reproducing it with the new version then. :)
Yes, I am ok with closing. Thank you.
