Steps to Reproduce:
# virsh dommemstat local

# virsh -r
Welcome to virsh, the virtualization interactive terminal.

Type:  'help' for help with commands
       'quit' to quit

virsh > dommemstat local


Actual results:
empty result.

Expected results:
get memory statistics for a domain

According to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=623903#c17, qemu-kvm
-113 temporarily disabled guest-provided-stats-on-info-ballon-monitor feature,
so downloaded to qemu-kvm -112 to check this libvirt bug. And still got empty result . 
according to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=572453#c12
 The guest kernel is updated 2.6.34-20.fc14.x86_64. 
Then, in host
# virsh dommemstat guest
swap_in 0
swap_out 0
major_fault 534
minor_fault 714956
unused 595656
available 1023720

So set bug status to NOTABUG
