Description of problem:
The warning info not be translated.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
subscription-manager-0.95.4-1


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.On command line,run #subscription-manager register --consumerid=[invaild_id]
2.

Actual results:
Warning "No such consumer:<invaild_id> "

Expected results:
Translate to traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese

this is fixed in 0.96.6. Please verify there.

This was fixed in candlepin, in 683914.
