Description of problem:
yum repolist prints nothing

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. edit /etc/yum.conf
2. change debuglevel to 1
3. run yum repolist
  
Actual results:
No output

Expected results:
List of repos. It is unexpected that config option like debuglevel affects real
command output

Additional info:
The underlying problem is that yum is either too noisy or too quiet. There is no nice middle ground.
