Description Rob Landry 2011-03-22 20:09:17 UTC
Description of problem:

According to the policy to utilize leveraging a device only needs to be tested in a single system before it is applied to other system, but the component listing criteria states "to test with a minimum of two systems (with differing chipsets)". Can this be explained and/or updated to only require a single system.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Current policy is 6.0-3.

Comment 1 Rob Landry 2011-03-22 20:12:29 UTC
This policy has been reviewed and determined to be inconsistent; the language will be updated to reflect that like regular systems and leveraging a single example is required to be tested.

A new catalog and policy guide version which addresses this bug is now available on the official website. If any problems are encountered please open a bug describing the issue selecting the "Red Hat Hardware Certification Program" product.
