Description of problem:
The roundup RPM requires python-sqlite2, but roundup now supports sqlite3, which is bundled with Python >= 2.5

Additional info:
roundup 1.4.16 is out; I've added roundup to upstream release monitoring so there will be an update request automatically issued in the future.

Also, the preferred roundup URL appears to now be roundup-tracker.org rather than roundup.sourceforge.net

Since python-sqlite2 is being retired from Fedora, I've gone ahead and committed these changes and built in rawhide/f17.
