Description of problem:
tuned needs writing to /sys/devices/platform/eeepc/cpufv on EEEPC machines - it is new F15 PM feature

Steps to Reproduce:
1. You need EEEPC machine with Atom CPU
2. tuned-adm profile laptop-battery-powersave
3. Load CPU to 100% for cca 30 secs, then let it in active idle for cca 30 secs
  
Actual results:
