Description of problem:
While Inputting Hanja, Hanja popup window doesn't appear.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch gedit
2. Enable hangul input method ( ctrl+space )
3. Input rk (aka 가)
4. Click F9 key.

Looks like the same issue as bug 688034.  I confirmed that it could be reproduced with ibus 1.3.99.20110228-3 and fixed with 1.3.99.20110228-4.
