SELinux is preventing /usr/sbin/openvpn from 'name_connect' accesses on the tcp_socket port 993. ***** Plugin catchall_boolean (89.3 confidence) suggests ******************* If you want to allow system to run with NIS Then you must tell SELinux about this by enabling the 'allow_ypbind' boolean. Do setsebool -P allow_ypbind 1 ***** Plugin catchall (11.6 confidence) suggests *************************** If you believe that openvpn should be allowed name_connect access on the port 993 tcp_socket by default. Then you should report this as a bug. You can generate a local policy module to allow this access. Do allow this access for now by executing: # grep openvpn /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol # semodule -i mypol.pp Additional Information: Source Context system_u:system_r:openvpn_t:s0 Target Context system_u:object_r:pop_port_t:s0 Target Objects port 993 [ tcp_socket ] Source openvpn Source Path /usr/sbin/openvpn Port 993 Host (removed) Source RPM Packages openvpn-2.1.1-2.fc13 Target RPM Packages Policy RPM selinux-policy-3.9.7-37.fc14 Selinux Enabled True Policy Type targeted Enforcing Mode Enforcing Host Name (removed) Platform Linux (removed) 2.6.35.11-83.fc14.i686.PAE #1 SMP Mon Feb 7 06:57:55 UTC 2011 i686 i686 Alert Count 8 First Seen 2011年03月27日 星期日 23时07分09秒 Last Seen 2011年03月27日 星期日 23时07分44秒 Local ID a2bf24ae-aef4-4a18-a1ae-143f6a7e4fd7 Raw Audit Messages type=AVC msg=audit(1301238464.238:25344): avc: denied { name_connect } for pid=14397 comm="openvpn" dest=993 scontext=system_u:system_r:openvpn_t:s0 tcontext=system_u:object_r:pop_port_t:s0 tclass=tcp_socket type=SYSCALL msg=audit(1301238464.238:25344): arch=i386 syscall=socketcall success=no exit=EACCES a0=3 a1=bfe8a880 a2=6 a3=80d3f64 items=0 ppid=14393 pid=14397 auid=4294967295 uid=0 gid=0 euid=0 suid=0 fsuid=0 egid=0 sgid=0 fsgid=0 tty=(none) ses=4294967295 comm=openvpn exe=/usr/sbin/openvpn subj=system_u:system_r:openvpn_t:s0 key=(null) Hash: openvpn,openvpn_t,pop_port_t,tcp_socket,name_connect audit2allow #============= openvpn_t ============== #!!!! Are you connecting to this port via openvpn? You can allow it for now using # grep openvpn /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol # semodule -i mypol.pp
(In reply to comment #1) > Are you connecting to this port via openvpn? yes ,I want use taht freevpn config, but I don't know why use nis port 993 too, > > > You can allow it for now using > > # grep openvpn /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol > # semodule -i mypol.pp .. no I don't want this rule in deafutil
You need to add the rule in a custom module.
(In reply to comment #3) > You need to add the rule in a custom module. please, tell me howto, thank you
