Description of problem:
Firstboot - Disable Kdump does not work correctly.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
firstboot-1.110.10-1.el6.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.firstboot --debug
2.Get to the Kdump screen
3.Change  Kdump Memory.
4.Uncheck check box : Enable Kdump
5.Press Forward
  
Actual results:
Changing Kdump setting requires rebooting ....

Expected results:
Finish Firstboot flow.

Why? When you run 'firstboot --debug', you are running kdump, then you disable it, this definitely needs a reboot.
