Description of problem:

Happened to notice that on our Production Satellite Server which we just upgraded to 5.4, new packages that are added since the upgrade are showing 'Unknown' for the Content Provider.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

5.4

How reproducible:

All the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. satellite-sync a channel
2.
3.

Actual results:

Channel syncs fine, but Satellite shows "unknown" for content provider.
