Description of problem:

https://access.redhat.com/kb/community/sketch/premium/ensketch
is painfully slow to respond, and then redirects to an incorrect login window.
This seriously prevent internal work on KB articles.

How reproducible:
always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. browse to https://access.redhat.com/kb/rhlogin.jspa
2. provide a uid and matchingklrb password
3. browse to https://access.redhat.com/kb/community/sketch/premium/ensketch
4. wait
5. and wait
6. stop waiting, do something else, forget about the KB work


Actual results:
it sometimes mistakenly redirect to a login page:

Expected results:
a working authentication system and responding KB system.


Additional info:
The slow response time and incorrect authentication system had been a pain to work with, (along with the editing system), and overall prevents any descent work with the KB system.
