Child cert's can't inherit the FV_* plan entries from parent. 
container for Gateway GT150 F1 is: https://bz-web1-test.devel.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=576783
In "edit plan" page of child, there is no plan entry for FV_*, cpuscaling, profiler.
