Description of problem: The "bug-reporting-window" should be shown as "part of the application", e.g. it should be possible to switch between main ABRT window and the "bug-reporting-window" using Alt+` and they should be shown appropriately. See the https://live.gnome.org/GnomeShell/CheatSheet for better understanding.
abrt-gui and the reporting wizard are 2 separate applications.
I understand it, but take it as hint or RFE. They are separate from implementation view, but not from user perspective.
it's caused by the same bug as 692442 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 692442 ***
The solution might be the same at the end, but currently, the bugs are not related IMO.
From the developer POV it's the same bug, so it's a duplicate.
Ok ... looking forward for updated version ;)

I tried this Alt+` thing and it's just another screwy change in Gnome 3 versus Gnome 2 which is not welcome (for me at least). For one, I want my old Alt-Tab behavior back - one which cycled through ALL windows, not through ONLY SOME of them.

I like the new behavior ... and you can adjust it by installing gnome-shell-extensions if you don't like it personally.
