Verified on 6.0-15.8, bug is still reproduced. 
It seems the patch is not included in 6.0-15.8, so I will verify it in next build.

This patch was included in ovirt-node-1.9.3-15.8 which was included in rhev-hypervisor-6.0-15.8.  Please mark this bug as assigned with details if it is not working.

Tested on 6.0-15.9, the bug is still existed.
Assign the bug since it is reproduced on 6.0-15.8 and 6.0-15.9.

Verified on 6.0-15.10.1, reinstall with storage_init=/dev/sda have no prompt.

Bug is fixed on 6.0-15.10.1.
