Description Peter H. Jones 2011-04-04 06:42:02 UTC
Description of problem:
abrt failed to get me to enter my bugzilla username and password. When I tried to submit a bug directly from abrt, it claimed this information was missing from the configuration file. I entered the information in the file, and checked the login with the bugzilla web page, but abrt still says this information is blank.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
abrt-2.0.0-3.fc15.x86_64

How reproducible:
Tried only once, so far.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Try to report a bug
2.
3.

Actual results:
Fails to submit

Expected results:
Bug submitted.

Comment 1 Jiri Moskovcak 2011-04-08 10:15:41 UTC
The message points to a wrong config file - this is now fixed.
The other problems might be that when you're using gui it requires gnome-keyring to save/load settings.

Comment 2 Peter H. Jones 2011-04-08 10:52:35 UTC
I also discovered subsequently that my username and password wern't in the the configuration window. After I entered the information there, submission works.

I'll try altering my login information both in the gui and the actual configurationm file, and make sure both views change. If so, I'll close this bug.

What is the status of the bug? Is it working for you?

Comment 4 Peter H. Jones 2011-10-05 21:27:55 UTC
Haven't tried since, and I don't have easy access to the system where the bug occurred. I'm willing to close.

Comment 5 Nikola Pajkovsky 2011-10-06 07:55:10 UTC
ok
