Description of problem:
Wrong privileges and file extension missing on the Image file when provision  KVM guest from Satellite.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satallite 5.4
RHEL5.6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install RHEL5.6 server + KVM 
2.Register to Satellite 5.4 and set Virtualization and Provisioning systems properties.
3. Provision a KVM virtual guest from Satellite.
4. ls -l /var/lib/libvirt/images
  
Actual results:

-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root   8589934592 Apr  3 11:25 KVM_R5_guest_test

The .img extention is missing and there are "r-x" for other and group.

Expected results:
There is .img extention and "r-x" only for the owner (root).

-rw------- 1 root root  20971520000 Apr  3 11:25 KVM_R5_guest_test.img
