Description of problem:
When RHEV 3.0 is released it will be based on JBoss application server and will run fully on a RHEL stack (no Windows requirement for the server any longer)

We need to create a RHEVM specific resource agent (or at least a JBoss one) that can fail over the server from one bare metal host to another.  Eventually RHEVM will utilize JBoss clustering, but for the short term we'll still need to continue to provide RHEL HA support for RHEVM server.

In addition, RHEVM 3.0 will use postgres DB, but since we already support postgres DB server for HA this should already work.
