Description of problem:
  file /usr/include/pacemaker/crm_config.h conflicts between attempted installs of pacemaker-libs-devel-1.1.2-7.el6.i686 and pacemaker-libs-devel-1.1.2-7.el6.x86_64

Since RHEL 6.1 External Beta has begun, and this bug remains
unresolved, it has been rejected as it is not proposed as
exception or blocker.

This is already fixed in pacemaker-libs-1.1.5-5.el6.i686.rpm.
