Description of problem: 'make check' creates many directories directly under /tmp/: tmp.9MDIDr tmp.EFZYDi tmp.Pd0UpY ... vgrun.YpAf vgrun.ZDFX vgrun.gZkm ... Expected results: How about using a single temporary directory under /tmp/ as a root for all the tests, which would use it as a parent for their individual directories?
fixed in upstream. http://git.fedorahosted.org/cgit/openscap.git/commit/?id=c8d9258385965bcf3927d56d61766633733dddc2
The issue is not that much about the tests cleaning after themselves when they're finished, which the commit deals with, but about using a single root dir in /tmp/ for all the tests, as is summarized in "Expected results". I have to think this through some more (e.g. running individual tests).
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 19 development cycle. Changing version to '19'. (As we did not run this process for some time, it could affect also pre-Fedora 19 development cycle bugs. We are very sorry. It will help us with cleanup during Fedora 19 End Of Life. Thank you.)
