Description of problem:
pci_root PNP0A08.00: address space collision: host bridge windows <mem 0x000c80000-0x000dffff> conflic with Video ROM <mem 0x000c000-0x000ce1ff>

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kernel 2.6.38-0.rc5.git1.1.fc15.i686
kernel 2.6.35.11-83.fc14.i686.PAE(PAR or not)
64 bits kernel same probem

How reproducible:
all time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. just boot and look how much memory fedora see
2. free -m, cat /proc/meminfo and top
3. System Monitor
  
Actual results:
fedora only see 2.6GiB with 4GB ram

Expected results:
at least there is 1 Gig missing, so should be 3.6Gig

Additional info:
ASROCK E350M1 E350 A50M R with 4 GB ram

I also tested the following new computer ordered from china and I saw the same exact problem...

OO Ahome BWT56NE AMD Fusion,12VDC,HDMI+VGA,T56N ,Giga LAN,AMD APU Nano ITX Motherboard,Digital Signage,HPTV,POS 12*12CM boards

This is a tiny nano-itx board that also use the 2 cores zacate cpu.

Can we get the dmesg from a 2.6.38.8-32 kernel as well?

Is this still happening on the 2.6.40.x kernels in F15?

well, it is not happening in F16. Dont remember having check for F15.
