Description of problem: If there are utf-8 characters (or any non-english characters), the files will not be detected correctly. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): par2cmdline-0.4.tbb.20100203-1.fc13.x86_64 How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Find a par2 set with utf-8 characters in the file names. 2. Try and reconstruct the files. 3. Any files containing utf-8 characters will show as missing. Actual results: Files are missing. Expected results: utf-8 files should be found. Additional info: This fails on gpar2 as well. May be a fault in libpar2.
I would like to suggest that you report this bug upstream: http://www.chuchusoft.com/par2_tbb As I'm only the package maintainer and not the par2_tbb developer I can't help you with this issue unless upstream publishes a patch or a new release.

Fedora 13 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status on 2011-06-25. Fedora 13 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
