For example meaning of recipeSet is not clear and not easy to find in the guide.

Having a brief explanation of basic terms used throughout document would be nice as well as an index.

We will at least add a glossary for 0.10. A proper index may take a while longer.

System (i.e. the individual test machines)
Test Harness (i.e. the support infrastructure than runs on the machine hosting the test)
Lab Controller (i.e. the server in each lab that handles provisioning, watch dogs, request proxying, log collection, etc)
Beaker Server (i.e. the central server that handles recipe scheduling and provides the main web UI)

Distro Tree

That's probably enough as a starting set, we can add more in later releases.
