Description of problem:
I can't change accelerator

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Updated Fedora 15 til 2011-04-13

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. change /desktop/gnome/interface/can_change_accels to true
2. hover over the menu option I want to change (move to trash)
3. press the key I want to associate with the accelerator (del)
  
Actual results:

The accel remains the same (ctrl+del)

Expected results:

Change the accel to the new key (del)

/desktop/gnome/interface/can_change_accels looks like a gconf key. Those are not consulted anymore. You need to use gsettings:

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface can-change-accels true

And in my testing, it works fine.
