In Limbo and Limbo+up2date ps shows the start time (columns
lstart,start,start_time) way into the future on SMP systems.

% ps -eo pid,user,lstart,args |tail -4; date; uptime

This is re-occurence of bug 4554 (so I copied the CC list).

This was a kernel bug. It is fixed in the latest kernel in rawhide.
