Description Toure Dunnon 2011-04-14 14:20:22 UTC
Description of problem:
When trying to configure a cluster with Luci / Ricci, it will fail with authentication errors as followed:

Apr 13 16:50:14 north-11 saslauthd[1691]: do_auth : auth failure: [user=ricci] [service=ricci] [realm=] [mech=pam] [reason=PAM auth error]
Apr 13 16:50:16 north-12 saslauthd[1723]: do_auth : auth failure: [user=ricci] [service=ricci] [realm=] [mech=pam] [reason=PAM auth error]

The password for the account has been set and verified that it is active by setting a shell for the ricci
user and loggin as said account. I have also changed the password a couple time to make sure that the
correct password was set on the account.
