I've done this in 726ec18289996f6f2bbe1c87e333078b0da66417 ; however, I can't seem to build it on Koji ("Opening a SSL connection failed") and locally it seems to have developed a bad rpath linking glpsol. So, I don't know what's going on.
Got my koji setup working; here's the build in rawhide: http://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=3467641 I'm going to bump rawhide to the latest glpk soon, however. I'll do a build of the F-16 %check section as soon as this completes.
