Description of problem:
after removal of packages and channel itself using xmlrpc api, user must go to webui and remove erratas manually, while orphaned packages is possible at least to list (channel.software.listPackagesWithoutChannel) and then remove using rpc call.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. remove channel with published erratas using xmlrpc (even using spacewalk-remove-channel)
2. remove packages using xmlrpc (skip if used spacewalk-remove-channel)
3. go to webui to 'errata->errata->all'
4. no errata
5. go to webui to 'errata->manage errata->published'
6. check result
  
Actual results:
'errata->manage errata->published' listed erratas not bound to any package or channel

Expected results:
at least new xmlrpc call to list 'orphaned' erratas.
