Description of problem:
rhncfg-manager list-channels Fails.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhncfg-management-5.9.27-15.el5
rhncfg-management-5.9.27-15.el6.noarch

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Register RHEL5 or RHEL6 server to rhn.redhat.com, errata.stage or webqa
2.Add Tools channel
3.yum install rhncfg-management
4.rhncfg-manager list-channels
   
Actual results:
XML-RPC call error: <ProtocolError for xmlrpc.rhn.redhat.com /CONFIG-MANAGEMENT-TOOL: 404 Not Found>

Expected results:
All Configuration channels are listed.

Jan and I looked on the problem more deeply and it turned out that if HTTPS is used it works. 
 serverURL=https://xmlrpc.rhn.errata.stage.redhat.com/XMLRPC
In case HTTP is use it does not work.
 serverURL=http://xmlrpc.rhn.errata.stage.redhat.com/XMLRPC

The situation is the same for PROD (rhn.redhat.com.)

Fixed in RHN 6.0.0.
