screenshot showing installer declining to upgrade F15 with F14

Description of problem:
When the F14 installer is used to install on an F15 system, the installer declines to upgrade, but gives a misleading message, saying "This is likely due to it being too old." In this case, F15 is too new, and the scenario here is essentially a downgrade.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
F14-Final
F15-Beta-Final

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do a clean, full-disk, minimal F15 install.
2. Start an F14 install.
3.

Actual results:
Attached screenshot.

Expected results:
Installer explains that it cannot downgrade a newer release to an older release.
The installer explicitly reports the release of the installer, so the user can read both release numbers.
