Description of problem:
In the CDS, the default SELinux Security Context does not allow for the httpd to serve the content. We need to document the fix as "chcon -R -t httpd_user_context_t /CDS/content

SELinux support is not currently present in RHUI. Get this on the Pulp radar if it needs to be done, that's where it will be added.
