Description of problem:
"Back button" on "Destination folder" wizard page doesn't return to previous page and it returns to "End-User Licence Agreemenet".

brew build condor-win-7.6.1-0.2

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run installation wizard
2. click "Next" to page "Destination folder"
3. click "Back"
  
Actual results:
"Back" button doesn't return to previous page.

Expected results:
All "Back" buttons will return wizard to previous page.

Tested on all supported Windows versions and it works. --> VERIFIED
