Description of problem:

Multiple pages now display 'The record you tried to access does not exist, it may have been deleted' when not selecting any check boxes and trying to delete.  This use to say 'something must be selected'.

Pages showing this when clicking delete without anything selected:
pool families
hardware profiles
providers (not account)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  go to one of the above pages
2.  click delete (without selecting anything)
3.  see error message
