Delete button is disabled

Description of problem:
Can't delete a tag.  Delete button is disabled.  see attached screenshot.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  add a tag on any resource
2.  add the tag count portlet to the dashboard
3.  view your recently added tag
4.  click on your tag
5.  observe delete button is grey'd out.  no way to delete a tag
  
Actual results:
can't delete tag because button is disabled.  see attached image.

Expected results:
able to delete tag

nevermind ... i can delete a tag on the resource.
