Line that interrupts icons in menu

Description of problem:
When the 'Windows' key is pressed and 'Applications' is selected there is a line that goes through the application icons. A picture is attached to clarify.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Linux d24-141-23-22.home.cgocable.net 2.6.38.2-9.fc15.i686 #1 SMP Wed Mar 30 16:54:01 UTC 2011 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

HP-dv6 2120ca Athlon
AMD Athlon(tm) II Dual-Core M320 × 2
Gallium 0.4 on AMD RS880

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Windows Key
2. Select 'Applications'
3. Scroll down using the scroll bar with mouse. (happens with both liveCD and installed)

Actual results:
There is a line (about 3 pixels thick and about almost the width of the screen) that is on top of the icons.

Expected results:
I would expect that the icons be displayed without a line in them. Though a small thing and not at all productivity affecting it does compromise it's polished and stable look.

This looks more like a clutter issue to me. Reassigning, but I am very ready to be proven wrong.
