libx264.so.107()(64bit) is needed by (installed) ffmpeg-0.6.1-1.el5.rf.x86_64

Command was
% yum install ffmpeg-devel

Work if you first do
% yum install x264-devel

This is very likely a pre-existing rpmdb problem. Try package-cleanup --problems (or yum check with the rawhide rebuild yum's).
