Chapter 18 needs to be removed from the guide as it's entirely predicated on Section 18.2 "Shared storage example: NFS for a simple migration" which describes a procedure that is guaranteed to fail.  It is not permissible to mount storage locally one machine and via NFS on another.  The best possible solution would be to describe setting up an NFS server to share storage to both the source and the destination hosts, but given where we are in the release cycle, I don't believe that's practical.

Verified no chapter on KVM Live migration.
