Description of problem:
A typo in translate hooks prevents ec2_gahp from being used ('ec_gahp' is never found).

Fixed and enhanced the check.  It now looks up EC2_GAHP in condor's config and verifies the file exists before setting the resource type to ec2.

This uncovered a number of other issues with the ec2e and the ec2_gahp, mostly resulting from the fact that the ec2_gahp uses EC2_* attributes and doesn't recognize the AMAZON_* attributes.
