Where's the traceback?

I cannot include the full traceback because Toshiba 650D laptop froze before I had the chance to do so. All I could see on screen is CPU stuck on 67 sec.

I found a similar topic which detailed the issue:
http://forums.opensuse.org/english/get-technical-help-here/install-boot-login/458126-11-4-freezes-during-automatic-configuration.html

My case is with any Fedora 15 beta media.

Comment 4 Luya Tshimbalanga 2011-04-23 05:16:03 UTC
It looks like another upstream bug for Toshiba Satellite 15.6" AMD E350 Laptop (C650D-008) (newer model). Not sure if that workaround worked on https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=14679 after researching similar bug as read on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/612341

Comment 5 Luya Tshimbalanga 2011-04-24 07:03:07 UTC
Latest kernel update fixed the freeze issue.

Comment 6 Luya Tshimbalanga 2011-08-31 07:40:12 UTC
Reopening bug because the freezing log in issue return on Fedora 16 Alpha.

Comment 7 Luya Tshimbalanga 2011-08-31 09:31:22 UTC
Apparently the freeze issue is related to wireless network driver. Wired network works fine.

Comment 8 Luya Tshimbalanga 2011-09-09 08:51:32 UTC
Further investigation revealed RTL8192 wireless driver is the culprit behind the sudden freeze of desktop on Satelitte C650D-007.

Comment 9 Luya Tshimbalanga 2012-04-17 17:27:15 UTC
Closing this bug now that kernel 3.x.x. appears to fix the freeze issue.
