traceroute -- connect: Invalid argument

Description of problem:
I believe there is some big/little endian problem. traceroute works as expected on ppc64 and s390x machines.
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
always on i386, ia64, x86_64
Steps to Reproduce:
# traceroute -t 4 ::1
traceroute to ::1 (::1), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets
connect: Invalid argument
no errors and similar output as on ppc64 and s390x
This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for
inclusion in the current release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
Because the affected component is not scheduled to be updated in the
current release, Red Hat is unfortunately unable to address this
request at this time. Red Hat invites you to ask your support

in the next release of Red Hat Enterprise Linux.

[Patch] Fix TOS for IPv6
This patch was basically all that was fixed in 2.0.13 --> 2.0.14. Backported.
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 has entered Production 2 phase. For more details see https://access.redhat.com/support/policy/updates/errata/. As this bug is not qualified as critical, it is closed as WONTFIX.
