Since we know that our gdb can handle non-stop mode, let's try to make all debug configurations use it by default.

If you think it's useless feature - say so and let's close this bug.
The feature depends on what users use most which isn't clear. I think it best to follow upstream's lead on this. I will close this and open an issue upstream to see if developers feel that the default should be changed. If that is the case, I will fix it upstream and it will be brought into Fedora.
