Description of problem:
libvirtd doesn't automacially start after being installed. This causes virt-manager to crash because it cannot connect to libvirtd

How reproducible:
First install of libvirt unless rebooted

1.Take fresh install of Fedora
2.Install libvirt

virt-manager doesn't crash for me - it just tells me that it cannot connect.

Not starting installed services is the default (and only option) for services in Fedora - so I'm closing this as notabug.
